I do collect emails, and may use them to contact you for customer experience and fulfillment details. Payments are processed securely through Squarespace and/or its payment processors.

SHIPPING POLICY: Free shipping within the United States. At this time, checkout is set up for U.S. only. Orders ship within a 3-5 days, often sooner. Tracking will be provided soon after purchase. I generally use USPS, sometimes UPS for large items like paintings. We keep track of packages once they are sent. If there are any delays, you will be notified.

RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied with a purchase, I do accept returns within 30 days of delivery. However, you must cover the cost of shipping back to me. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the item. Fragrances and gift boxes cannot be returned. To start a return, please contact me at the email or phone number above. If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can help resolve the issue.
